Refund policy
Hi there! We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means, we don't hold any inventory and we actually work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed.
So, as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them! We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high!
With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll offer you a replacement or a refund and let you keep the item! If you want to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at hello@evieknox.com. If you have discovered a fault with the product, please take pictures of the defect, or wrong product sent to you and attach the pictures to the initial email with an explanation.
IMPORTANT: Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.
Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.
Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
Because we produce our items on demand with our production partners, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for other reasons.
