All orders are dispatched from our manufacturing locations within the U.S. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
Order Processing
Please note that Evie Knox utilizes a made-to-order business model which means the item you receive is one that was literally made for you! As soon as you order it, our production partner prints, assembles, and then ships the item directly to your door.
Allow the approximate number of days listed below for processing before your order ships out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Please note that shipping providers are extremely busy during this time, ad the number of delivery days in approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Some orders might experience a delay on top of usual delivery times. All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
Important Notice for Sales and Holiday Seasons
During our exciting occasional sales events, such as Black Friday and the Christmas period, we tend to receive a high volume of orders. This might cause a slight delay in processing and shipping your orders. Please bear with us as processing times could extend to 3-7 business days, and shipping may take an additional 10 business days on top of our regular estimates.
